Levelized Budget Billing – LBB

Levelized budget billing (LBB) provides customers with a  more level monthly payment because it smoothes out the heavy consumption/billing months in summer and winter.  Payments are based on a rolling average each month; the rolling average is based on the current month and the previous eleven months.  To qualify, you must have a residential service through BMU at the same location for at least 12 months.  Sign ups for  LBB are once a year in the month of April.
